PRICING - Retail

  • Recommended Retail Price is expressed in AUD and applies to small volume purchases
  • Buyers outside Australia please refer to www.xe.com for the latest conversion rate

STOCKISTS AND DISTRIBUTORS please note:-

  • Significant discounts apply for those who enter into agreements with Zink Mineral Cosmetics to regularly purchase from us in volume
  • Discounts increase as volumes increase
  • Agreements remain private between Zink Mineral Cosmetics and the individual distributor, agent, retailer or salon owner concerned

ORDERING

  • Orders can be placed to Zink Mineral Cosmetics by using the shopping cart or by email to info@zinkmineralcosmetics.com.au
  • Please allow 1 working day for acknowledgement of your enquiry
  • Orders verified and paid will be processed and passed to dispatch and are then subject to the applicable turnaround times
  • Shipping will be undertaken in 5 to 10 working days from placement of order
  • We will contact you to advise you of the shipping costs and arrangements

SHIPPING POLICY

Within Australia

  • Large order freight  may need to be determined by size and volume of packaged items and communicated when calculated
  • Orders will be delivered by Australia Post to the address requested at the time of placement of the order
  • We will make every effort to achieve dispatch within 5 business days from payment of the order if less than $500AUD and for orders over this we will contact you for an estimated delivery schedule
  • You will receive an email from us that the order has dispatched with your shipment date
  • Once an order has been shipped or in the process of being shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order

International orders

  • We will make every effort to achieve dispatch within 5 business days from payment of the order if less than $350 USD and for orders over this we will contact you for an estimated delivery schedule
  • You will receive an email from us that the order has dispatched with your shipment date
  • Once an order has been shipped or in the process of being shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order
  • Zink Mineral Cosmetics is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain mineral powders
  • The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred
  • Whilst we make every effort to carry ample stock, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand
  • If the goods ordered are not in stock, and should there be a delay longer than 5 days, we will contact you to notify you of the delay and advise an approximate date for dispatch
  • If a significant delay is anticipated we will not proceed with order delayed fulfilment without your approval
  • Zink Mineral Cosmetics may at any time without notice increase either the freight cost or the product price in accordance with prevailing market conditions
  • In the interest of preventing internet fraud Zink Mineral Cosmetics may feel the need to check any order submitted with an untraceable or free email address or an invalid telephone number unless supporting information can be provided

Suppliers' warranty

  • Zink Mineral Cosmetics takes great care to ensure that goods are delivered correctly and promptly
  • However we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Purpose of goods

  • Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose
  • Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use

  • The advice and information contained within this website is of a general nature and is not intended to constitute or replace professional advice for individual or specific conditions
  • While we make every effort to ensure that the information contained within this website is correct we take no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from its use
  • 'Period after Opening' is indicated by number of months on each product
  • The customer acknowledges the products ordered are classified as ‘all-natural’ and use as minimal preservatives as possible; Zink Mineral Cosmetics shall not be liable to the customer for any deterioration of any products not correctly stored; including arising from the shipment of the goods from Zink Mineral Cosmetics to the customer
  • The customer acknowledges the products ordered are classified as ‘all-natural’ and are produced in small batches; as such there may be slight variances in the product from order to order

Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds or exchanges are available on incorrectly supplied unopened items, that is, items not as ordered
  • All returns must comply with the return procedure set forth, and all returned items must be in new condition, including the original box and packaging

Should you receive an incorrectly supplied item

  • Please contact Customer Support via info@zinkmineralcosmetics.com.au as soon as you open your order and advise us of the circumstances relating to the error
  • Please mark your email in the subject area with ‘Returns/Refunds’ for our prompt attention
  • Upon agreement that the goods were incorrectly supplied we will arrange for a refund or exchange
  • All returns must be shipped prepaid
  • We will refund shipping charges if the merchandise was incorrectly supplied

Should you believe your products are faulty 

  • Please contact us as soon as you receive your order and we will assist you
  • Please contact Customer Support via info@zinkmineralcosmetics.com.au and indicate the fault, writing ‘Returns/Refunds’ in the subject area
  • Upon agreement that the goods were faulty at the time of shipping we will arrange for a refund or an exchange
  • All returns must be shipped prepaid
  • We will refund shipping charges if the merchandise was defective at time of shipping
